Adil is an experienced internet professional who operates on the edges of organisation, marketing and technology.  Adil specializes in product and project management,  state-of-the-art web/mobile development, social media and internet marketing.

Being an entrepeneur with a passion for innovation he has over 12 years of experience with internet business/product development and directed startup projects and teams from concept to launch.

His degree in Technical Business Management and Systems Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology provided him with substantial analytical knowledge of business and technical aspects surrounding IT processes, engineering and acceptation.

Working for Logica as KPN Project Manager and Telfort Quality Manager Adil was involved in the introduction of the mobile telecom industry in the Netherlands. In these positions he obtained experience with large IT processes and in inspiring teams to deliver results.

At Aranea Consult Adil subsequently used his energy and love for the internet in building a new internet business unit and delivering hands-on consultancy and web development.

In 2000 Adil founded Numotion delivering strategic internet consultancy, webdevelopment and internet marketing solutions for businesses in various markets.

Adil excels as an intermediary between non- technicians and technicians. He is able to structure complex issues and translate them into easy to understand consulting, creative solutions and results-oriented objectives for teams and businesses.

Adil thinks professionality, taking responsibilities, leadership, dedication and quality are essential for being successful. Innovation,  self-motivation and teambuilding are his main incentives to create fun in the job and to inspire himself and his colleages.
